The manoir is for your enjoyment
-
La Cuisine
The kitchen is not called the heart of the home for nothing. It is where everyone seems to congregate with the warmth of the fire, the aroma of delicious food and the hearty laughter of good friends. This majestic space is where we will we prepare and enjoy our meals together.
-
La salle à manger
During the garden workshop we will partake in at least one elegant meal together in the formal dining room. The stately mahogany table that Patrice created extends to easily accommodate 24 people.
-
Le Clôitre
If the kitchen is the heart of the manoir, the cloister and interior courtyard is the soul. Feel the peace and the power left by the monks who used this sacred place for prayer and meditation.
-
La Cave
What would a workshop be without a night (or two) of regional wine tasting in the wine cave ?!
-
Le Petit Salon
This cosy conversation pit is so deep in historical discoveries that we installed museum glass on the floor to display what we uncovered. See the video below to get a glimpse of the dig.
-
La Salle de Billard
Our exquisite 19th-century pool table has recently been completely renovated to give players the option of playing typical billiard games with pockets, as well as the the traditional French game of 3-ball, no pocket carambole.

La Biblioteque
The library is the perfect spot to exhale, relax, read, tinker on the piano, play old French jazz on the gramophone or discuss Voltaire with good friends.
